Competence monitoring

Competence monitoring is about performing regular reviews and updates of vocational tasks, mental and physical skills and attributes for each of the occupations included in the database. The process is executed in cooperation with employers, experts in various fields, discipline-specific organizations and science entities. The main requirement for participating in such enterprises is a declaration made by an expert/institution of contribution in creating and updating vocational requirements for occupations and specialities that are in the scope of attention within certain field.

Any institutions interested in improving competences that are the main component of vocational qualifications standards as well as being a part of Employees' Competence Monitoring Team (ECMT) are required to fill in the attached form. The system administrator will verify the data sent via internet and via mail. Then he will assign the Institution to appropriate ECMTs after a successful verification. Consequently, the Institution will receive its unique login and password with which  it will be able to participate in competence monitoring sessions and gain free access to the database resources (login field for authorised institutions is located in the top left corner of the website.)

Monitoraggio delle competenze  

Il monitoraggio delle competenze consiste nel condurre revisioni e aggiornamenti periodici delle attività, attitudini ed abilità professionali, mentali e fisiche proposte dal database per le varie professioni. Il processo di valutaizone va condotto assieme al datore di lavoro, ad esperti nei vari campi, ad organizzazioni competenti negli specifici settori.

Ciascuna istituzione interessata nell'implementazione delle competenze che costituiscono il componente principale dello standard di riferimento e che intendono aderire inoltre all'ECMT (Employees' Competence Monitoring Team) può compilare la scheda di adesione sotto riportata. Il sistema verificherà i dati inviati via internet o via email e, a fronte di un controllo positivo assegnerà al richiedente l'appropriato ECMT. In seguito l'istituzione riceverà un login e password che le permetteranno di partecipare al processo di monitoraggio delle competenze ed avere accesso libero al database delle risorse (il campo di login è posto in alto a sinistra della pagina del sito).

  

Monitorizarea competentelor 

Monitorizarea competentelor se ocupa cu efectuarea de revizuiri periodice si actualizari ale sarcinilor profesionale si ale aptitudinilor fizice si mentale, pentru fiecare dintre ocupatiile incluse in baza de date. Competentele sunt principala componenta a standardelor profesionale de calificare. Procesul de monitorizare este realizat printr-o colaborare dintre: angajatori, experti in domeniul respectiv, organizatii axate pe discipline specifice si entitati stiintifice. Principala cerinta pentru participarea la astfel de procese este o declaratie facuta de catre expert / institutie prin care isi exprima contributia la crearea si actualizarea cerintelor de formare pentru ocupatii si specializari intr-un anumit domeniu.

Orice institutie interesata de imbunatatirea competentelor sau de a face parte din Echipa de Monitorizare a Competentelor Angajatilor (EMCA), este obligata sa completeze formularul urmator. Administratorul de sistem va verifica datele trimise prin internet sau prin posta electronica. Apoi, institutia va primi datele de autentificare (nume de utilizator unic si parola), cu care aceasta va fi capabila sa participe la sesiuni de monitorizare a competentelor si va avea acces liber la resursele din baza de date (zona de conectare pentru institutiile autorizate se afla in coltul din stanga sus a site-ului).
